A fresh dining establishment is preparing to launch in Bicester, taking over the location where a former pub once stood, with the official opening date now confirmed.
The Six Bells establishment on Church Street, near Kings Close, initially shut its doors in October 2013 and subsequently ceased operations entirely in March 2014.
Prior to shutting down, the pub served as a favored gathering spot for community members, though the property has sat empty in the years since.

The freehold ownership of the grade II listed structure was last held by Stonegate Group, a hospitality and pub company.
A fresh restaurant has now publicized its arrival in the historic building.
Gurkha Den, a Nepalese eatery and tavern, has revealed its “grand opening” is scheduled for Monday, April 27.
The establishment lists operating times from 2.20pm to 10.30pm and offers a buffet priced at £10 for younger guests and £20 for adults, complete with one complimentary beverage.
Local residents responded positively to the announcement, with councillor Donna Ford commenting that it was “great to see a new business opening soon” along Church Street.
