Chiltern Railways has announced delays across its network and told passengers they can use alternative services.
Chiltern Railways has told people a fault with line-side equipment at London Marylebone has blocked all lines.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, a spokesperson for Chiltern said passengers can expect delays.
Chiltern Railways tickets are being accepted by several rail and bus operators to alleviate the disruption.

Arriva Cross Country services will accept Chiltern tickets on journeys between Birmingham New Street, Leamington Spa, Banbury, Oxford, and Reading stations.
Avanti West Coast services are also accepting tickets for travellers between Birmingham New Street, Milton Keynes Central, and London Euston stations.
Passengers can use Great Western Railway services between Banbury, Oxford, Reading, and London Paddington stations.
West Midlands Trains is also accommodating Chiltern Railways passengers between Birmingham New Street, Coventry, Milton Keynes Central, Cheddington, Tring, Berkhampstead, and London Euston stations, as well as between Coventry and Leamington Spa.
Transport for London’s (TfL) Elizabeth Line is accepting tickets for journeys between Reading, London Paddington, and Central London.
The TfL Bakerloo, Central and Metropolitan Lines are also accommodating passengers between specified stations.
Chiltern Railways’ tickets are also being accepted on Stagecoach buses between various locations.
Nos. 2/2A/2B/2C/2D services are operating between Oxford City Centre (Magdalen Street Stop C1) and Oxford Parkway.
Stagecoach No. S4 Route is accepting passengers between Oxford City Centre (Magdalen Street Stop C4), Oxford Parkway (Stop E), and Banbury Bus Station.
Stagecoach No. S5 services are running between Oxford city centre (Magdalen Street stop C4), Oxford Parkway, Bicester Village (bus stop situated on Oxford Road), Bicester town centre (Stand 3), and Bicester North (bus stop on Buckingham Road).
The railway company is advising passengers to use alternative services.
Passengers were told they could use their already purchased tickets on other compatible services.
Chiltern Railways released a statement, stating a problem with line-side equipment at London Marylebone has led all lines to be blocked.

The railway company also told passengers that if they have been delayed by 15 minutes or more, they can likely claim compensation via its website.
Following this line-side equipment problem at London Marylebone, Chiltern Railways has stated passengers can expect cancellation or delays by up to 57 minutes.
Passengers can expect delayed until 11.30am today.
The 9.49am train from Oxford to London Marylebone is delayed until 11.17am.
Meanwhile, passengers with tickets for the 10.19am from Oxford to London Marylebone can expect to be delayed until 11.43am.
