The Britain’s Got Talent judge surprised some celebrities with a visit to her neighbourhood pub in the Cotswolds area.
The presenter, who serves as a judge on the popular talent competition and fronts programmes including Cheat: Unfinished Business, resides in a four-bedroom property with a thatched roof located close to Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire.
At 55 years old, she is the mother of two girls with her spouse Chris Hughes: Lexi, who is 20, and Hollie, aged 14.
On Saturday’s broadcast of Britain’s Got Talent, a choir consisting of farmers took to the stage at the Birmingham Hippodrome theatre.
The group of agricultural workers was assembled by Jeremy Clarkson in Oxfordshire as a promotion for his alcoholic beverage called Hawkstone.
When they performed on the talent competition, the ensemble amazed the audience and the judging panel, prompting Holden to activate the golden buzzer and secure them a place in the semi-final stage of the contest.
The television personality stated that from the moment they began singing, she became emotional and could sense tremendous strength in their performance. She expressed admiration for the community spirit and how they had united. She noted their dedication to their work and praised their outstanding delivery, adding that she was looking forward to seeing what they would accomplish in the semi-finals.
Holden has now posted footage across her online platforms depicting her meeting the choir at one of the pubs she frequents locally in the Cotswolds region.
The ensemble had gathered at The Fox in Oddington to view their television appearance from the previous evening, which was just beyond the border of Oxfordshire.
Holden explained that she chose to drop in on The Hawkstone Farmers Choir at her beloved local establishment. They had assembled there to watch their golden buzzer segment air on Britain’s Got Talent on ITV. She mentioned that any occasion calls for a celebration with champagne. She described it as a wonderful evening and said it was delightful to spend time with all of them, expressing anticipation for the semi-finals.
